摘要
本文采用电场-纳米CaO_(2)氧化激发城市污泥促进碳组分释放,以释放的碳组分为原料,通过交联聚合方法制备水凝胶,分别考察了污泥投加量、纳米CaO_(2)用量、引发剂用量、交联剂用量等因素对水凝胶溶胀性的影响。结果表明,当污泥投加量为1.0 g、CaO_(2)投加量为0.08 g、丙烯酸用量为2.0 mL、交联剂用量为0.3 g、引发剂用量为0.13 g时,制备的水凝胶呈现出无明显规则的网状交联结构,溶胀率可以达到434.21%,具有良好的吸水性能。
In this paper,electric field-nano CaO_(2) oxidation was used to stimulate municipal sludge to promote the release of carbon components.Hydrogels were prepared by crosslinking polymerization with the released carbon components as raw materials.The effects of sludge dosage,nano CaO_(2) dosage,initiator dosage,crosslinking agent dosage on the swelling of hydrogels were investigated.The results showed that when the sludge dosage was 1.0 g,the CaO_(2) dosage was 0.08 g,the acrylic acid dosage was 2 mL,the crosslinking agent dosage was 0.3 g,and the initiator dosage was 0.13 g,the prepared hydrogel showed no obvious regular network cross-linking structure,and the swelling ratio could reach 434.21%,which had good water absorption performance.
