摘要
为了研究叶片安装角度异常对静子叶栅性能及流场结构影响,共模拟5个叶栅通道,对来流0°攻角和5°攻角下,中间叶片安装角调节±1°、±5°,和±10°时进行数值计算,得到了安装角调节不同角度对叶栅流场结构及性能的影响。结果表明,0°攻角下,安装角调节角度较小时,对叶栅流场性能的影响也较小;安装角调节角度较大时,叶栅流场结构遭到破坏,流场性能严重下降,但安装角调节+5°时,总压损失有所降低。分析发现,逆时针调节叶片安装角度使进气角有规律地变化,顺时针调节叶片安装角度使进气角变化不均匀,这是其流场结构遭到破坏的主要原因。来流正攻角时,一定范围内逆时针调节叶片安装角度叶栅流场性能有所提高,顺时针调节安装角使分离加剧。进一步探寻不同攻角下调节叶片安装角对叶栅流场性能的影响是未来研究的主要方向。
In order to study the effects of stator cascade performance and flow field structure of blade stagger angle adjusting abnormally,5 cascade passages were designed and the effects of stator cascade flow field structure and performance of blade stagger angle adjusting different degrees were predicted in the stagger angle of the middle blade adjusting±1°,±5°,and±10°when the incidence angle was 0°and 5°by simulation.Results show that at 0°incidence angle,when the stagger angle is adjusted small,the effects of cascade performance are small;when the stagger angle is adjusted big,the structure of cascade flow field is destroyed,and performance decreases seriously,but when the stagger angle is adjusted+5°,the total pressure loss decreases.Analysis shows that when the stagger angle is adjusted anticlockwise,the inlet flow angle varies regularly;when the stagger angle is adjusted clockwise,the inlet flow angle varies erratically,which is the main reason of the flow field structure destroyed.When inflow is positive incidence,counterclockwise adjusting stagger angle of blade improve the flow field performance,while clockwise adjusting stagger angle strengthen the flow separation within a certain range.To further study the effects of stator cascade performance of blade stagger angle adjusting in different incidence angle will be the main direction of future study.
