摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村电商发展不仅可以推动农村数字经济发展,而且在实现乡村振兴和农村产业结构调整方面具有重要的意义。辽宁省委在“十四五”规划中提出大力发展辽宁数字经济,并制定农村数字经济发展的相关纲要。文章对辽宁省农村电商工作发展及现状进行了分析,针对辽宁省农村电商发展在推动数字经济发展工作中存在的问题以及原因进行了剖析,在数字经济视角下,结合辽宁省农村电商工作的实际情况,提出了辽宁省农村电商工作的相应对策,为辽宁省农村数字经济发展提供重要的保证。
Under the strategy of rural revitalization,the development of rural e-commerce can not only promote the development of rural digital economy,but is also of great significance in realizing rural revitalization and industrial structure adjustment.In the"Fourteenth Five-Year"Plan,the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee proposed to vigorously develop the development of digital economy in Liaoning and formulate the relevant outline for the development of digital economy in rural areas.This paper analyzes the development and current situation of rural e-commerce work in Liaoning Province,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the development of rural e-commerce in Liaoning Province during the course of promoting the development of digital economy.From the perspective of digital economy,according to the actual situation of rural e-commerce work in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of rural e-commerce work in Liaoning Province,which provides an important guarantee for the development of rural digital economy in Liaoning Province.
