摘要
农产品是食品的源头,在当前“食品安全”的总体形势要求下,有必要建立农产品追溯系统。文章阐述了农产品溯源的重要性和必要性,分析了分布式数据存储技术的溯源优势。通过对基于分布式数据存储技术的农产品溯源模型的研究,进一步探讨了溯源体系的建设,以资业内参考借鉴。
Agricultural products are the source of food.Considering the overall situation of"food safety",it is necessary to establish the traceability system of the traceability of agricultural products.This paper expounds the importance and necessity of agricultural products traceability,and analyzes the advantages of distributed data storage technology.Through the research on the traceability model of agricultural products based on distributed data storage technology,the construction of traceability system is further discussed,which can be used as a reference for the industry.
