摘要 基于智慧矿井的基本概念及内涵,提出了智慧矿井的建设原则,并以数据标准化、网络协同化、系统一体化和技术智能化的标准作为智慧矿井的建设原则。研究了数据采集管理层、平台服务层、业务层以及交互层的智慧矿井总体架构体系,从技术实现、体系结构、业务分析的不同角度,全面构建智慧矿井体系。解析了智慧矿井顶层架构体系建设过程中的智能控制、通信网络、三维可视化、空间信息、大数据分析与挖掘、物联网、机器学习等关键技术。对智慧矿井顶层架构及关键技术进行设计集成,完成了曹家滩矿井智能化项目,指出了智慧矿井建设过程中需要解决的关键问题。为不断完善智慧矿井架构设计和深入发展提供了新的解决方式。 Based on the basic concept and connotation of smart mine,the construction principles of smart mine are proposed,and the construction concepts of data standardization,network collaboration,system integration and technology intelligence are introduced.The overall architecture system of smart mine is studied,including data acquisition management layer,platform service layer,business layer and interaction layer,and a smart mine is constructed comprehensively from different perspectives of technical implementation,system structure and business analysis.The key technologies of intelligent control,communication network,three-dimensional visualization,spatial information,big data analysis and mining,Internet of things,machine learning and other key technologies in the construction process of smart mine top-level architecture system are analyzed.Finally,the top-level architecture and key technologies of smart mine are designed and integrated,and the intelligent project of Caojiatan mine is established.The key problems and system design that need to be solved in the process of smart mine construction are pointed out,which provides a new solution for the continuous improvement of smart mine architecture design and in-depth development.
