摘要
目的分析经阴道超声检查对卵巢癌术后复发及淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法抽取2014年1月1日至2020年12月31日我院收诊的120例疑似卵巢癌患者进行回顾性研究,患者均接受经腹部超声、经阴道超声及宫腔镜检查。以宫腔镜检查结果为参照,比较经腹部超声与经阴道超声对卵巢癌的诊断结果;比较经腹部超声、经阴道超声对卵巢癌患者术后复发、淋巴结转移的诊断结果。结果120例疑似卵巢癌患者中,经宫腔镜检查确诊为卵巢癌80例,卵巢良性肿瘤40例;80例卵巢癌患者中,术后复发43例,淋巴结转移51例。经阴道超声对卵巢癌、卵巢癌术后复发、卵巢癌淋巴结转移的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于经腹部超声(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查对卵巢癌具有良好的诊断价值,并可灵敏、准确地诊断卵巢癌术后复发及淋巴结转移情况。
Objective To analysis of the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound for postoperative recurrence and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 120 patients with suspected ovarian cancer admitted in our hospital from January 1,2014 to December 31,2020,and all patients received transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound,and hysteroscopy.With the results of hysteroscopy as a reference,the diagnosis results of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound for ovarian cancer were compared;the diagnosis results of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound for postoperative recurrence and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer patients were compared.Results Among 120 patients with suspected ovarian cancer,80 cases of ovarian cancer and 40 cases of benign ovarian tumor were confirmed by hysteroscopy;among 80 patients with ovarian cancer,43 cases had recurrence after surgery and 51 cases had lymph node metastasis.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,postoperative recurrence of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound has a good diagnostic value for ovarian cancer,and it can also sensitively and accurately diagnose the postoperative recurrence and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.
