摘要
目的分析甲磺酸阿帕替尼片辅助常规治疗方案在胃肠恶性肿瘤合并腹水患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的81例胃肠恶性肿瘤合并腹水患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规治疗)和观察组(n=41,常规治疗+甲磺酸阿帕替尼片)。比较两组治疗效果显著。结果对照组的客观有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的腹水等级、腹围以及体重均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1、2个月后,两组的KPS评分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗方案+甲磺酸阿帕替尼片治疗胃肠恶性肿瘤合并腹水患者可获得更加满意的效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of apatinib mesylate tablets adjuvant to conventional treatment regimens in patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor complicated with ascites.Methods A total of 81 patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor complicated with ascites were selected and divided into control group(n=40,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=41,conventional treatment+apatinib mesylate tablets)by random number table method.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The objective effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05);after treatment,the ascites grade,abdominal circumference and weight in the observation group were significanth better than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 1 and 2 months of treatment,KPS score in both groups was significantly improved than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment plus apatinib mesylate tablets in the treatment of patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor complicated with ascites can obtain more satisfactory effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
