摘要
通过各种内镜消毒剂的消毒效果分析,以期为临床工作者选择合适的内镜消毒剂提供参考。收集国家有关规范中关于内镜消毒剂的选择要求,结合近几年内镜中心内镜清洗过程中各种消毒剂的应用经验,并翻阅近20年的文献资料,分析各种内镜消毒剂的优缺点。发现不同消毒剂有不同理化性质,使用范围也不同,无论哪种消毒剂,消毒前的有效清洗是保证消毒效果的前提。临床工作中,有效的清洗加合适的消毒剂是内镜清洗消毒质量的保障。
To analyze the disinfection effect of various endoscopic disinfectants,so as to provide clinical evidence for suitable endoscopic disinfectants.The selection requirements of endoscope disinfectants in the relevant national standards were collected.The advantages and disadvantages of various endoscope disinfectants were analyzed with these standards and clinical experience of various disinfectants from our endoscope center in recent years,and the literature data of recent 20 years.Different disinfectants have different physical and chemical properties and different applicable scope.Effective cleaning before disinfection is the premise to ensure disinfection effect whichever disinfectant chose.Effective cleaning and proper disinfectant are the guarantee of endoscope cleaning and disinfection quality.
