摘要
目的分析并比较不同高水平消毒剂对消化内镜消毒的效果。方法检索EMbase、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、CNKI、VIP及万方数据库,并辅以手工检索自建库日至2020年4月28日期间关于不同消毒剂消毒消化内镜的随机对照或类试验研究,以网状Meta分析比较其消毒效果。结果最终纳入11篇文献,涉及1 644例消化内镜,网状Meta分析5种消毒剂的消毒效果的排序结果为:过氧乙酸>邻苯二甲醛>含氯消毒剂>戊二醛>酸性氧化电位水。结论过氧乙酸与邻苯二甲醛对消化内镜消毒效果优于其他消毒剂。
Objective To analyze and compare effects of different high-level disinfectants on disinfection of digestive endoscopes.Methods By searching EMbase, Cochrane Library, Pubmed, CNKI,VIP and WanFang databases and being, supplemented by manual search from the self-built library to April 28, 2020 on different disinfectants Randomized controlled or similar experimental study of digestive endoscopy, network Meta analysis was used to analgze disinfection effect. Results 11 articles were included finally, involving 1644 cases of digestive endoscopy. The Meta-analysis of the disinfection effect of five disinfectants was ranked as follows: peracetic acid> o-phthalaldehyde> chlorine-containing disinfectants>glutaraldehyde> acid oxidation potential. Conclusion Peracetic acid and o-phthalaldehyde are better than other disinfectants for digestive endoscope disinfection.
