摘要
中心城区综合交通枢纽往往区位优势突出但制式线路老旧、功能定位难以满足居民出行时间与活动空间的要求。因此,分析研究对既有综合交通枢纽的重建或改扩建十分必要。通过研究旧金山湾区环湾客运中心的改造设计,总结湾区半岛中心城区综合交通枢纽的重建可以提升综合交通枢纽服务水平、促进完善城市群出行链以及对现存枢纽的重新开发改造并融合周围城市设计有着有利于促进公共交通与土地的一体化,提振老旧枢纽的效率准时性与便利可达性,加强城市在全球经济中的竞争地位,发挥湾区经济价值和公共利益性层面的优势。
Comprehensive transportation hub in central city often have prominent location advantages,but the standard lines are out of time and function orientation is gradually difficult to meet the requirements of residents travel time and activity space.Therefore,analysis and research are necessary for the reconstruction or expansion of existing comprehensive transportation hub.This paper studies the renovation design of the Transbay Transit Center,which in the San Francisco Bay Area,and concludes that the reconstruction of the integrated transportation hub in the central urban area of the peninsula in the Bay Area can improve the service level of the integrated transportation hub and promote the improvement of the urban agglomeration travel chain;and the redevelopment and transformation of existing hubs.Integrating the design of surrounding cities is conducive to promoting the integration of public transportation and land,boosting the efficiency,punctuality and convenient accessibility of old hubs,strengthening the city's competitive position in the global economy,and giving play to the advantages of economic value and public interest of the Bay Area.
