摘要
以深圳市为例,通过对智慧城市交通治理新模式的深度挖掘,以交通管理为总体目标,以既有资源为基础,基于多源动、静态交通大数据,探索智慧城市下交通治理的新模式。该模式支撑对城市道路交通拥堵情况实时跟踪、监测道路拥堵时空分布特征、发展变化规律,分析交通拥堵成因,重大活动场景下人员应急疏散,促使城市交通管理部门及时、准确、全面地掌握交通运行状况与发展,不仅为改善城市交通运行状况提供重要依据,还能帮助管理部门科学分析评估规划决策的影响与实施效果,为有效制定交通发展战略政策和近期改善对策措施等提供强有力的技术支撑,全面提高城市交通运行管理、运行管理的信息化、科学化、智慧化水平。
This article takes Shenzhen as an example,through in-depth exploration of the new model of smart city traffic governance,with traffic management as the overall goal,based on existing resources,and based on multi-source dynamic and static traffic big data,explore the smart city traffic governance New model.This mode supports real-time tracking of urban road traffic congestion,monitoring of the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of road congestion,development and change laws,analysis of the causes of traffic congestion,emergency evacuation of personnel in major event scenarios,and prompting the urban traffic management department to timely,accurately and comprehensively grasp the traffic operation The status and development not only provide an important basis for improving urban traffic operation conditions,but also help management departments to scientifically analyze and evaluate the impact and implementation effects of planning decisions,and provide strong technical support for the effective formulation of transportation development strategies and policies and recent improvement measures.To comprehensively improve the informatization,scientific and intelligent level of urban traffic operation management and operation management.
