碱性电解水对白菜表面有机磷农药的去除效果研究 被引量:6

Study on the Effect of Alkaline Electrolyzed Water on the Removal of Organophosphorus Pesticides on the Surface of Cabbage

摘要 农药作为一种快速、高效而经济的防治病虫害的武器,在保障农业丰产丰收中发挥着重要作用。然而,过度的化学农药使用不仅会造成环境污染,也会导致农产品农药残留,危害食品安全。将白菜浸泡在有机磷农药溶液中模拟农药残留,分别使用酸性电解水、碱性电解水、果蔬清洗剂和清水对其进行洗涤,测定洗涤后白菜中农药残留量,比较几种洗涤溶液对农药残留的去除效果。结果表明,碱性电解水去除有机磷农药残留的效果最好,在室温条件下洗涤5 min,对乐果和敌敌畏两种有机磷农药的去除率分别达到93.31%和88.55%,效果显著优于清水洗涤。同时,碱性电解水对白菜表面乐果农药的去除率受到洗涤溶液温度和洗涤时间的影响,温度越高、洗涤时间越长,农药残留去除率效果越好。 Pesticides,as a fast,efficient and economical weapon for preventing and controlling pests and diseases,play an important role in ensuring high agricultural yields.However,excessive use of chemical pesticides will not only cause environmental pollution,but also lead to pesticide residues in agricultural products and endanger food safety.In this study,cabbage was immersed in an organophosphorus pesticide solution to simulate pesticide residues,washed with acidic electrolyzed water,alkaline electrolyzed water,fruit and vegetable cleaning agent and clean water respectively,and the pesticide residues in cabbage after washing were measured to compare several washing the removal effect of the solution on pesticide residues.The results showed that the alkaline electrolyzed water had the best effect in removing organophosphorus pesticide residues.Washing at room temperature for 5 min,the removal rates of dimethoate and dichlorvos were respectively 93.31%and 88.55%,which was significantly better than washing with water.At the same time,the removal rate of dimethoate pesticides on the surface of cabbage by alkaline electrolyzed water was affected by the temperature of the washing solution and the washing time.The higher the temperature and the longer the washing time,the better the removal rate of pesticide residues.
