摘要
针对某学院各单体建筑围护结构热工性能与用能系统及设备的现状,开展建筑物外围护结构热工性能、供暖通风空调及给排水系统、供配电与照明系统及监测与控制系统的节能诊断,提出合适的节能改造措施,并进行节能改造效果分析及综合效益分析。
Researching an academy individual buildings building envelop thermal performance and energy system and equipment,implement building envelop,heating,ventilation and air conditioning,building water supply and drainage,building electrical and building energy consumption to effective building with diagnose,and put forward the measures of energy conservation reconstruction,finally analyse he effect and comprehensive benefits.
