摘要
阴阳五行的疫病观,是指古人以阴阳五行为思维模型阐释疫病的病因、诊断与治疗处方等。其中阴阳相关的内容主要包括三阴三阳、五运六气中的六气理论;五行相关的内容主要是脏腑经络理论、五运六气中的五运理论。秦代之前古人就已经开始以季节气候的异常来解释疫病病因,是阴阳五行疫病观的萌芽;两汉时期以五运六气的客气来解释疫病发生的原因,并以四季、寒热等对疫病进行命名,使得阴阳五行疫病观进一步发展;汉代以后,疫病病因则以四季“阴阳六气的非其时而现”阐释。至此,阴阳五行疫病观基本成熟。基于此,新型冠状病毒肺炎产生的原因可归纳为外因与内因两类,其性质与“四季多行春令”产生的风疫、“木疠”类似,适宜在宣肺止咳基础上兼顾健脾的治疗方法,恢复期应扶正与祛邪兼顾。
The Yin-yang and five phases-based epidemic diseases viewpoints refer to the ancients Yin-Yang and five phases theorybased interpretation of the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment prescriptions.The Yin-yang-related contents mainly include the six Qi Theory from the Three Yin Three Yang and Five Yun Six Qi.The contents of the five phases include the five Yun theory from the Zang-Fu viscera and meridians theories and five Yun six Qi.Before the Qin dynasty,the ancients had already begun to explain the epidemic causes with the abnormal seasonal climate,which is the origin of the Yin-Yang and five phases-based viewpoints of epidemic diseases.During the Han dynasty,Ke Qi from the five Yun and Six Qi was used to explain the causes of epidemic diseases,and naming the diseases after four seasons and cold and heat,which further developed the viewpoints of epidemic diseases.After the Han dynasty,the etiology of the epidemic can be explained with"abnormal occurrence of Yin-yang and Six Qi"in the four seasons.At this point,the viewpoint of epidemic diseases of Yin-Yang and five phases is basically matured.Based on this,the causes of COVID-19(corona vious disease 2019)can be classified into external and internal,which has similar characteristics of Wind and Wood pestilence caused by the"Frequent occurrence of the spring climates".Its treatment is suitable to adopt the method of invigorating Spleen based on promoting Lung and relieving cough.And in the recovery period,both body strengthening and pathogen dispelling should be emphasized.
