摘要
湖北秭归长江公路大桥主桥为钢桁架全推力中承式无铰拱桥,拱轴计算跨径519m,该桥处航道管制严、大风频繁、地理环境复杂,钢桁拱跨度大、控制精度高,结合地形、水文及地质等条件,钢桁拱采用缆索式起重机+斜拉扣挂法施工。施工中采用临时铰架设4个初始节段,通过主桁及风撑桁片式制造、运输及吊装,扣索、锚索抑振防松,大悬臂及桁片吊装抗风和无铰拱自然合龙等技术,解决施工各项难题,顺利完成钢桁拱架设。
The main bridge of Zigui Yangtze River Highway Bridge in Hubei,with a calculated arch axis span of 519m,is a half-through hingeless steel trussed arch bridge of full thrust.Combined with topography,hydrology,geology and other conditions,for instance,strict waterway management in bridge location,frequent visit of the area by the strong wind,and complicated geographical environment,long span and high control accuracy,etc.,cable crane and cable-stayed suspension methods were adopted in the steel trussed arch construction.A number of key technologies were employed in the problem-solving and smooth construction of the bridge,including temporary hinges with four initial segments,fabrication,transportation and installation of main truss and wind-bracing truss unit,vibration suppression and anti-loosing measures of the fastener and anchor cable,wind-resistant measures of large cantilever and truss unit,and natural closure of hingeless arch.
