摘要
本文借助防霉剂ZL-990和高温热处理对3A21铝合金进行了防霉封闭处理。对材料进行了物理表征和霉菌试验,讨论了材料的防霉机理。结果表明,铝合金表面形成了致密平整的薄膜,其主要成分为二氧化硅和多硅酸锂。该薄膜拥有良好的防水性能,与镀层和涂层的结合力良好,隔绝了霉菌生长所需的条件,因此材料的防霉性能得到了显著的提高。
In this paper,3A21 aluminum alloy was treated with anti-mildew by ZL-990 and high tem‐perature heat treatment.Physical characterization and mold test of the material were carried out,and the mildew resistance mechanism of the material was discussed.The results show that the surface of alumi‐num alloy is dense and flat film,the main components of which are silicon dioxide and lithium polysili‐cate.The film has good waterproof performance,good adhesion with coating and coating,isolated the conditions needed for mold growth,so the mildew resistance of the material has been significantly im‐proved.
