摘要
目的:我国近视患者数量增长并未放缓,更呈低龄化。许多高新技术被应用于近视防治。就近视防治技术和设备的发展现状进行综合述评。方法:通过检索中国知网和谷歌学术等资料库,检索时间段为2007年~2019年,获取近视预防和治疗设备的文献资料,从安全性、费用和患者体验角度对近视防治技术及相关设备进行分析。结果:包括但不限于虚拟现实技术、移动互联网技术、超声波技术对近视防治有降低费用,提高安全性和改善患者体验的作用,但疗效缺乏深入研究,需要进一步实验和推广。结论:高新技术使近视防治更加科学化、系统化、智能化和多样化,但更需要注意的是日常用眼卫生习惯。
Objective:The growth of the number of myopia patients in China has not slowed down,but is even younger.Many high technology are used in the prevention and treatment of myopia.This article makes a comprehensive review of the development status of myopia prevention technology and equipment.Methods:By searching databases such as CNKI and Google Scholar,the search time is from 2007 to 2019,and the literature data of myopia prevention and treatment equipment is analyzed from the perspective of safety,cost and patient experience.Results:Including but not limited to virtual reality technology,mobile internet technology,ultrasonic technology has the effect of reducing costs,improving safety and improving patient experience for myopia prevention and treatment,but the efficacy lacks in-depth research and requires further experiments and promotion.Conclusion:High technology makes myopia prevention and treatment more scientific,systematic,intelligent and diversified,but what needs more attention is the daily eye hygiene habits.
