摘要
给予2019年10月阜阳市人民医院烧伤整形创面外科收治的1例严重手腕部电烧伤患者在全身综合治疗的基础上采用湿润烧伤膏治疗局部创面,治疗60 d时,创面愈合良好,患者出院;出院后9个月随访,愈后皮肤未再破溃,且皮肤感觉及手腕运动功能恢复俱佳。
One patient with severe wrist electrical burns admitted to the Burns and Plastics Department of Fuyang People’s Hospital in October 2019 was treated locally with MEBO based on the systemic treatments.On day 60 of treatment,the wounds were healed well and the patient was discharged from the hospital.The follow-up 9 months after discharge found that the healed skin didn’t ulcerated again,and the sensory and motor functions recovered well.
