摘要
在船用二冲程低速柴油机中,扫气过程的优劣直接关系到发动机的各项特性,在前期研究中主要以扫气口结构为主要研究方向,但发动机循环是一个瞬变的动态过程,因此需要针对扫气过程的不同阶段及不同环境因素开展性能分析,以便在扫气全过程内改善扫气性能.本研究基于扫气流动试验台,通过三维激光粒子测速系统,对不同工况条件下的稳态扫气过程进行了光学实验研究.结果表明:改变扫气压差、扫气口开度以及排气门升程均会对流通能力产生一定影响,但对涡流的影响不大;扫气口开度降低及排气门升程较低均会改善扫气均匀性,利于在一定程度上提升扫气效率,但根本上改善扫气均匀性的因素仍然是扫气口结构.
The scavenging performance directly affects the engine characteristics in a two-stroke low-speed marine engine.The previous study mainly focused on the scavenging port structure.Considering that the engine cycle is a dynamic process,it is necessary to carry out a performance analysis according to different stages of the scavenging process and different environmental factors so as to improve the scavenging performance in the whole process of scavenging.Based on a scavenging flow test rig,an optical experiment on the steady-state scavenging process under different working conditions was carried out by using the three-dimensional laser particle velocimetry.The experimental results show that the change of scavenging pressure difference,scavenging port opening and exhaust valve lift will have certain effect on the flow capacity but less effect on the swirl.A lower opening of scavenging port and a lower lift of exhaust valve can improve the scavenging uniformity,which is beneficial for improving the scavenging efficiency to certain extent,but the fundamental factor in improving the scavenging uniformity is still the scavenging port structure.
