摘要
基于东盟十国2007—2018年面板数据,构建投资环境评价指标体系,采用熵权法、投资业绩指数和耦合协调度模型比较了东盟十国投资环境,探究了其与投资业绩之间协调发展的时空演变过程。结果表明:①东盟十国投资环境水平差距显著,同水平空间集聚明显,各国评分在波动上升的同时,差距在不断减小,投资环境整体向好发展,但层次依然分明。②投资环境与投资业绩呈正相关关系,不同环境与投资业绩的拟合优度表现为“政治环境>经济环境>社会环境>科教环境”的特征。③多数国家投资环境与投资业绩的协调度在多数年份有共同变化趋势。④东盟十国投资环境和投资业绩协调度由同等级空间差异显著向同等级空间分布集中转变,整体呈现均匀发展态势。
Based on the panel data of ASEAN from 2007 to 2018,this paper constructed an investment environment evaluation index system,and used entropy weight method,investment performance index and coupling coordination degree model to compare the investment environment of ASEAN and explored the temporal and spatial evolution process of coordinated development between it and investment benefits.The results showed that:(1)There was a significant gap in the level of investment environment among the ten ASEAN countries,with obvious spatial agglomeration at the same level.The scores of each country showed a fluctuating upward trend while the gap is decreasing.Although the overall investment environment was developing well,the level was still clear.(2)There was a positive correlation between investment environment and investment benefits.The goodness of fit between different environments and investment benefits was characterized by “political environment>economic environment>social environment>scientific and educational environment".(3)In most countries,the coordination degree between investment environment and investment benefits has a common change trend in most years.(4)The coordination degree of the investment environment and investment benefits of ASEAN has changed from the spatial difference of the same grade to the concentrated spatial distribution of the same grade,showing a uniform development trend on the whole.
