摘要
计量是国防科技工业发展的技术基础,本文根据国防科技工业中计量的发展介绍与计量工作特点,总结行之有效的计量优化升级策略,目的在于发挥计量技术作用最大化。
Measurement is the technical foundation of the development of national defense science and technology industry.According to the introduction of measurement development and measurement characteristics in national defense science and technology industry,the effective measurement optimization and upgrading strategy is summarized to maximize the role of measurement technology.
