摘要
绿色建筑已变成21世纪城镇建筑可持续发展的必然趋势。现阶段,我国正处于推动城镇化建设的关键期,绿色建筑可以改善快速发展城镇化产生的自然资源消耗和环境污染问题,所以,大规模、区域化的绿色建筑建设势在必行。为使绿色建筑技术在城镇发展中获得更普遍的运用,科学研究绿色建筑技术应用的优势、发展规律和管理机制,尤其是如何选择和评估适合的绿色建筑技术,就成了关键问题。
Green building has become the inevitable trend of the concept of sustainable development of world architecture in the 21 century.At the present stage,China is in a critical period of promoting urbanization,and green buildings can improve the consumption of natural resources and environmental pollution caused by rapid urbanization.Therefore,large-scale and regional green building construction is imperative.In order to make green building technology more widely used in urban development,scientific research on the advantages,development regularity and management mechanism of the application of green building technology,especially in terms of how to select and evaluate the appropriate application of green building technology,has become a key issue.
