摘要
为有效治理城市道路交通事故多发点,保障市民的出行安全,基于宁波工程学院自主开发的道路交通事故采集平台,利用手机定位技术和数理统计方法,对鄞州区的道路交通事故进行统计分析。结果发现:时间特征方面,周五发生交通事故的比例最高,8:00-9:00时间段事故量最集中;空间特征方面,城市道路交通事故多发于路段处;事故发生环境方面,晴天发生事故比例最高;事故类型方面,机动车与机动车的事故比例最高。最后,基于统计结果,提出了道路交通事故整改方案和预防措施。
In order to effectively control the frequent occurrence of urban road traffic accidents and ensure the travel safety of citizens,based on the road traffic accident collection platform independently developed by Ningbo University of Technology,mobile phone positioning technology and mathematical statistics are used to make a statistical analysis of Yinzhou District and road traffic accidents.The results show that in terms of time characteristics,the proportion of traffic accidents is the highest on Friday,and the number of accidents is the most concentrated in the period from 8:00 to 9:00;in terms of spatial characteristics,urban road traffic accidents mostly occur in road sections;in terms of accident environment,the proportion of accidents in sunny environment is the highest;in terms of accident types,the proportion of motor vehicles and motor vehicles is the highest.Finally,based on the statistical results,the rectification plan and preventive measures of road traffic accidents are put forward.
