摘要
聚焦西北与西南两大片区经济合作、运输联系的发展趋势,立足西部铁路网现状布局,通过国家铁路整体发展形势分析以及区际运输需求发展预测,剖析西北至西南区际铁路运输通道能力适应性以及主要存在问题,进而以国家中长期铁路网发展规划为基础,结合问题导向与发展导向提出完善区际通道布局,架构"基础分析、要素配置、方案评价"的通道布局体系,采用基于经济产业联系势能的综合布局法,研究提出西北至西南铁路客运新通道布局规划方案,并从现状路网和规划路网布局方面论证新通道宏观布局的适宜性和合理性。研究成果可为完善西部地区的铁路网规划提供参考。
Focusing on the development trend of the economic cooperation and transportation links between the northwest and southwest regions and through the analysis of the development situation of national railway and the development forecast of regional transportation demand,this paper analyzes the adaptability and existing problems of the railway transportation corridor between the northwest and southwest regions based on the current layout of regional railway network.A corridor layout system of"basic analysis,element allocation and scheme evaluation"is built according to the long-term railway network development planning,and then the layout planning scheme of the new northwest-southwest railway passenger transportation corridor is put forward by means of comprehensive layout method based on the potential energy of economic and industrial links.Finally,the suitability and rationality of the layout of the corridor are demonstrated from the aspects of the current road network and the planned road network layout.The research results can provide some reference for the optimization of railway network planning in western China.
