摘要
目的分析家庭护理联合护理安全指导对老年脑梗死致肢体运动障碍患者跌倒、生活自理能力的影响。方法将2019年7月至2021年2月我院收治的老年脑梗死患者60例随机分为一般护理组(实施常规护理)与联合护理组(实施家庭护理联合护理安全指导),每组30例。比较两组患者出院后3个月、出院后6个月的跌倒发生例数、生活自理能力差异。结果联合护理组出院后3个月、出院后6个月发生跌倒的例数明显低于一般护理组(P<0.05)。联合护理组患者出院后6个月生活自理能力明显优于一般护理组(P<0.05);而出院后3个月生活自理能力与一般护理组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家庭护理联合护理安全指导能够有效降低老年脑梗死致肢体运动障碍患者居家跌倒的发生,提高患者的生活自理能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of home nursing combined nursing safety guidance on falls and self-care ability of elderly patients with limb movement disorders caused by cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into general nursing group(implementing routine nursing)and combined nursing group(implementing home nursing combined nursing safety guidance),30 cases in each.The differences in the number of falls and the ability to take care of themselves were compared between the two groups of patients at 3 and 6 months after discharge.Results The number of falls in the combined nursing group 3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge was significantly lower than that of the general nursing group(P<0.05).The self-care ability of patients in the combined nursing group was significantly better than that of the general nursing group at 6 months after discharge(P<0.05);and the difference in the self-care ability of patients in the 3 months after discharge from the general nursing group was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Home nursing combined with nursing safety guidance can effectively reduce the occurrence of home falls in elderly patients with limb dyskinesia caused by cerebral infarction,and improve the patients'ability to take care of themselves in life.
