摘要
目的探索常熟市第一人民医院(以下简称“我院”)复合型沟通模块(complex communication module,CCM)建立的价值和在提高年轻护士各方面能力中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月应用CCM后的我院手术患者和手术室护士各100例作为观察组,以2018年1—12月使用传统沟通方法(traditional communication methods,TCM)的我院手术患者和手术室护士各100例作为对照组。在患者以及手术医生对护士的满意度,以及护士的沟通能力、工作能力和不良事件以及护理缺陷的发生率等方面进行全面比较。结果观察组各指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CCM的建立和应用提高了我院年轻护士的沟通能力和工作能力,促进了手术室护理质量的提高和优质护理水平的提升。但仍需不断优化,持续改进。
Objective To explore the value of establishing complex communication module(CCM)in Changshu First People’s Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)and its application effect in improving the ability of young nurses in all aspects.Methods From January to December 2019,100 cases of surgical patients and 100 nurses in operating room who used CCM were selected in our hospital as the observation group.From January to December 2018,100 surgical patients and 100 nurses in operating room who used traditional communication methods(TCM)were served as control group.The satisfaction of patients and surgeons to nurses,as well as nurses’communication ability,work ability,adverse events and the incidence of adverse events and nursing defects were compared comprehensively.Results Each index in the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment and application of CCM improved the communication ability and working ability of young nurses in our hospital,and promoted the improvement of nursing quality and quality care level in operating room.But it still needs continuous optimization and continuous improvement.
