摘要
随着时代的经济发展,传统的水利工程已经难以满足现代经济社会发展对专业化、精细化和智能化管理的需求。因此,推进水利工程的智能化运行和管理,正成为水利现代化和水资源效率快速提高的有利起点和必然选择。在此基础上,阐述了水利信息化建设的必要性,探讨了智能技术在水利工程建设管理中的应用,分析了水利自动化建设、水利工程智能运行和管理策略中存在的问题,并提出了水利自动化建议,以进一步推动智能水利工程的广泛应用。
With the economic development of the times,traditional water conservancy projects have been unable to meet the needs of modern economic and social development for professional,refined and intelligent management.Therefore,advancing the intelligent operation and management of water conservancy projects is becoming a favorable starting point and inevitable choice for water conservancy modernization and rapid improvement of water resources efficiency.On this basis,the necessity of water conservancy informatization construction is explained,the application of intelligent technology in water conservancy project construction management is discussed,the problems existing in water conservancy automation construction,water conservancy project intelligent operation and management strategy are analyzed,and the water conservancy project is proposed.Automation recommendations to further promote the widespread application of smart water conservancy projects.
