摘要
随着棒材产能提升,出钢节奏加快,以及对能源环保、加热质量方面更高的要求,钢坯加热炉日趋大型化、自动化、节能化。通过对棒材步进式加热炉液压系统进行分析研究,遵循降本节能原则,着重细节方面改进,实现了缩短步进周期提高出钢节奏的目标,为棒材线产能释放提供原料供给保障。
With the improvement of bar production capacity,faster tapping rhythm,and higher requirements for energy,environmental protection and heating quality,billet heating furnace is becoming larger,automatic and energy-saving.Through the analysis and research on the hydraulic system of bar walking beam reheating furnace,following the principle of cost reduction and energy saving,focusing on the improvement of details,the goal of shortening the stepping cycle and improving the tapping rhythm is achieved,which provides raw material supply guarantee for the release of bar production capacity.
