摘要
柚子皮纤维素具有制备简单、价格低廉、吸附能力强等优点,既可以对含镍废水进行处理,又能实现对废弃物的再利用,有很大的应用前景。文章以柚子皮为原料制备了柚子皮纤维素吸附材料,并研究了接触时间、pH值、离子强度和温度对镍在其上吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明:镍在柚子皮纤维素上的吸附速率很快,并满足拟二级动力学方程;在低pH值下镍在柚子皮纤维素上的吸附受pH值和离子强度的影响较大,且吸附量随离子强度的增加而减小,在高pH值下。离子强度对镍在柚子皮纤维素上的吸附无影响;Langmuir模型能够很好地拟合吸附等温线,298 K下的最大吸附量为120 mg/g,温度的升高促进了镍在柚子皮纤维素上的吸附,热力学数据表明该吸附过程是一个自发吸热过程。
Pomelo peel cellulose can not only treat the nickel-bearing wastewater,but also reuse the wastes.Therefore,it will have a good prospect of applications due to its easy preparation,low cost and high sorption ability.In this study,pomelo peel cellulose was derived from pomelo peel.And the sorption of nickel on pomelo peel cellulose was investigated as a function of contact time,pH value,ionic strength and temperature.The results indicated that the sorption of nickel on pomelo peel cellulose was rapid,and was fitted very well by the pseudo-second-order model.At low pH values,the sorption of nickel on pomelo peel cellulose was strongly dependent on pH value and ionic strength,the sorption capacity decreased with the increase of ionic strength;at high pH values,the sorption was independent of ionic strength.Langmuir model simulated the sorption isotherms data well,and the maximum sorption capacity was 120 mg/g at 298 K.The sorption of nickel on pomelo peel cellulose was enhanced with increased temperature,and the thermodynamic parameters showed that this sorption process was spontaneous and endothermic.
