摘要
开展区域生态敏感性评估,有助于区域生态环境的保护与管理。以珠三角城市群为研究区,地理信息系统及遥感技术为研究手段,基于自然资源本底数据的提取结果,构建因子评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法(AHP),探究并评估其区域生态敏感性。综合考虑研究区的自然、社会和经济条件,选取了河流、坡度、高程3个自然生态因子。由于研究区域中心城市地区向周边及非中心城市地区的扩张进程快,土地利用、道路交通实施建设的发展更新迅速,因此将土地利用类型、交通路网2个因子也列为因子层要素。结果表明,在空间分布上,各类自然资源本底数据的分布呈现显著的空间异质性,部分呈现小集中大分散的格局。珠三角城市群的高程和坡度生态敏感性呈现显著的中部低四周高的态势,并且低敏感区域占据绝大多数。珠三角城市群的综合生态敏感性呈现中间低四周高的分布情况。此外,珠三角城市群内9个城市的综合生态敏感性具有显著的差异。广州、深圳等经济发达、城市化水平高区域,其轻度敏感性区域和不敏感性区域所占比例较高。肇庆、江门等多山区、多林地区域,其极高敏感性区域和高度敏感性区域的占比较高。研究结果可为珠三角城市群的区域生态可持续发展提供有效的辅助支撑。
Conducting a regional ecological sensitivity assessment can help protect and manage regional ecosystems.This study takes the Pearl River Delta(PRD)urban agglomerations as the study area,and GIS and RS as the research tools.Based on the extraction results of natural resource data,a factor evaluation index system is constructed and combined with AHP to investigate and evaluate the regional ecological sensitivity.Taking into account the natural,social and economic conditions of the study area,the factors of natural ecological aspects including three factors of river,slope and elevation were selected.In addition,due to the rapid expansion process of the central urban area to the surrounding and non-central urban areas in the study area,the development and renewal of land use and road traffic implementation and construction are rapid,so the two factors of land use type and traffic road network are also included as factors.The results show that there is significant spatial heterogeneity in the distribution of various types of natural resource data,with some showing a pattern of small concentration and large dispersion.The ecological sensitivity of the elevation and slope of the PRD agglomerations shows a significant trend of low in the center and high in the periphery,with the low-sensitive areas dominating.The integrated ecological sensitivity of the PRD agglomerations showed a distribution from low in the middle to high around the slope.In addition,the ecological sensitivity of the nine cities in the PRD urban agglomeration showed significant differences.Regions with developed economies and high urbanization levels,such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen,have a high proportion of mildly sensitive areas and non-sensitive areas.Regions such as Zhaoqing and Jiangmen,which are mostly mountainous and wooded,have a higher proportion of very high sensitivity areas and high sensitivity areas.The results of this study can provide an effective support for the sustainable development of the PRD urban agglomeration.
