摘要
随着我国逐步进入重度老龄化发展阶段,养老机构的作用日益突出。“医养结合”是新型养老模式,可以为老年人提供一体化的养护服务。以南京市为例,当前我国医养结合型养老机构在人文关怀方面亟待突破以下瓶颈:基础设施缺乏人文关怀、工作人员缺乏人文关怀,以及老年人需求难以得到满足。想要突破以上瓶颈,就需要完善基础设施、完善责任主体以及实现需求精准对接三大具体措施。
With China’s gradual aging,the role of pension institutions has become increasingly prominent“.Combination of medical treatment and endowment”is a new pension model,which can provide integrated maintenance services for the elderly.At present,it is urgent to break through the following bottlenecks in the aspect of humanistic care:lack of humanistic care for infrastructure,staff lack of humanistic care and the needs of older persons are difficult to meet.To break through the above bottlenecks,we need to improve the infrastructure,improve the main responsibility and realize the accurate docking of demand.
