摘要
统计、分析和研究了DDNP重氮反应过程中4个不同阶段的pH值与最终DDNP产品质量的关系。研究表明:加入反应物料、创造酸性环境和重氮化结晶开始阶段的pH值对DDNP质量影响较小,对DDNP质量影响最大的是DDNP结晶成长阶段的p H值,当该阶段的p H值为5.2~5.3时,生产出的DDNP假密度为0.55~0.73 g/cm^(3)。在生产实际中,对于影响较小的前3个阶段,可以保持既定的加量、流速和时间进行控制;对于DDNP结晶成长阶段,需根据具体情况予以调整,控制此阶段物料的pH值为5.2~5.3,可以生产出质量合格的DDNP产品。
The relationship between the pH value and the final DDNP quality in the four different stages of diazo reaction is analyzed and studied.The results show that the addition of reaction materials,the creation of acidic environment and the pH value at the beginning of diazo reaction crystallization have little effect on the quality of DDNP.The pH value at the crystallization growth stage of DDNP has the greatest impact on the quality of DDNP.And when the pH value at this stage is 5.2~5.3,the pseudo density of DDNP produced is 0.55~0.73 g/cm^(3).In production,for the first three stages with less effect,they can be controlled by the established addition,flow rate and time.For the crystal growth stage of DDNP,it needs to be adjusted according to the specific conditions.The pH value of the material at this stage is controlled to be 5.2~5.3,and qualified DDNP products can be produced.
