摘要
回顾了复合材料在民机结构上的应用情况,阐述民机复合材料结构设计贯彻并行工程(CE)理念,充分发挥复合材料可设计优势的必要性。提出了基于DFX的民机复合材料结构设计,具体包括:面向制造(DFM)主要考虑国内目前的制造水平和先进自动化制造技术,以及避免制造缺陷的措施;面向装配(DFA)主要考虑组件紧固件安装可行性,推荐采用整体成形技术以减少装配工序,同时考虑先进的装配技术;面向检测(DFI)主要考虑结构的可检性,以及检修口设计和人体可达性;面向维修(DFS)主要考虑结构的维修策略,结构的可修性和损伤后修理的强度要求等;面向环境(DFE)主要考虑全寿命周期的绿色制造要求,设计时主要采取减少废料率的措施;面向成本(DFC)主要考虑降低模具、紧固件等采购成本,采用低成本工艺、国产辅料等;面向可拆卸(DFD)主要考虑结构的互换性等;面向回收(DFR)设计时应考虑可回收零件的标识,以及采用热塑性复合材料等。最后,提出DFX实施的集成产品团队(IPT)组织模式,具体包括:统一协同设计平台,矩阵式管理,集中办公等措施。
This paper reviewed the application of composite structure of civil aircraft,and explained the necessity of implementing the concept of Concurrent Engineering(CE)in the design of composite materials of civil aircraft,giving full play to the design advantages of composite materials.The DFX-based composite structure design of civil aircraft was proposed,including:Design for Manufacturing(DFM)mainly considered the current domestic manufacturing level and advanced automated manufacturing technology,as well as measures to avoid manufacturing defects;Design for Assembly(DFA)mainly considered tight components for the feasibility of firmware installation,and it is recommended to adopt integral forming technology to reduce the assembly process,while considering advanced assembly technology;Design for Inspection(DFI)mainly considered the inspectability of the structure,as well as the access port design and human accessibility;Design for Service(DFS)mainly considered the maintenance strategy of the structure,the repairability of the structure and the strength requirements for repair after damage,etc.;the Design for Environment(DFE)mainly considered the green manufacturing requirements of the whole life cycle,and the measures to reduce the waste rate are mainly adopted in the design;Design for Cost(DFC)mainly considered reducing the procurement costs of molds and fasteners,using low-cost technology,domestic accessories,etc.;Design for Detachable(DFD)mainly considered the interchangeability of the structures;Design for Recycling(DFR)should consider the identification of recyclable parts,as well as the use of thermoplastic composite materials,etc.Finally,the integrated product team(IPT)organization model implemented by DFX is proposed,which specifically includes measures such as matrix management,unified collaborative design platform,and centralized office.
