摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌保乳术后放疗对患者心理健康影响的相关因素。方法选择乳腺癌行保乳术治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,患者术后均行放疗。放疗前后采用艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)调查评价患者的心理健康状态变化。通过多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响患者放疗后心理健康状态的因素。结果放疗后P量表、N量表、L量表得分明显低于放疗前,E量表得分明显高于放疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。以P量表、E量表、N量表、L量表为因变量,纳入多因素回归分析,结果发现,患者的婚姻状况、经济收入情况、宗教信仰情况、肿瘤分期情况、肿瘤大小情况、淋巴结转移情况、家族史是影响乳腺癌保乳术后心理健康状态的因素。结论乳腺癌保乳术后放疗可以改善患者的心理健康状况,婚姻状况、经济收入情况、宗教信仰情况、肿瘤分期情况、肿瘤大小情况、淋巴结转移情况及家族史是乳腺癌保乳术后放疗患者心理健康状态的影响因素。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of mental health of breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer undergoing breast-conserving surgery were selected as the research subjects.All patients received radiotherapy after operation.The patients were investigated with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)before and after radiotherapy,and the changes of mental health status before and after radiotherapy were evaluated.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models were used to analyze the factors influencing the mental health status of patients after radiotherapy.Results The scores of P scale,N scale and L scale after radiotherapy were significantly lower than those before radiotherapy,while the score of E scale was significantly higher than that before radiotherapy,with significant difference(P<0.001).P scale,E scale,N scale and L scale were used as dependent variables,and multivariate regression analysis was performed.It was shown that marital status,economic income,religious belief,tumor stage,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and family history were factors affecting the mental health of breast cancer patients after breast-conserving surgery.Conclusion Radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery can help improve the mental health of patients with breast cancer.Marital status,economic income,religious belief,tumor stage,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and family history are the influencing factors of mental health status of breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery.
