摘要 水力机械扩孔增透技术是提高煤层瓦斯抽采效果、预防煤层瓦斯突出的重要方法之一。目前水力机械扩孔装置多采用直角式刀臂结构,但直角式刀臂在应用过程中存在着塌孔严重、排渣不畅、扩孔初期刀臂遇阻展开不畅以及水压动力分配不均等缺陷,严重影响着煤层扩孔的施工效果。基于此,研发一种瓦斯抽采钻孔螺旋式水力机械扩孔装置,将刀臂结构由传统的直角式改变为螺旋式,设计内部动力驱动装置,并提供一种高低压水切换装置以控制各管路开闭,进而完善煤层扩孔工艺流程。所设计的螺旋式水力机械扩孔装置在阳煤集团平舒煤矿15211工作面进行试点应用,结果表明:螺旋式刀臂较直角式刀臂拥有更好的切削煤体能力,扩孔装置卡刀次数明显减少,扩孔总长度提升10.59%,成孔率提高12.5%,并将扩孔总施工周期缩短1 d。证明螺旋式水力机械扩孔装置结构设计的合理性与优越性,为煤矿井下扩孔设备的优化改进提供了方向。 Hydraulic hole enlargement and permeability enhancement technology is one of the important methods to improve gas extraction effect and prevent gas outburst in coal seam.At present,the right-angle type cutter arm structure is mostly used in the hydraulic machinical reaming device.However,there are some defects in the application,such as serious hole collapse,poor slag discharge,poor deployment of the cutter arm at the beginning of reaming and uneven distribution of hydraulic power,which seriously impact the construction of coal seam reaming.For this,a spiral-type hydraulic mechanical reaming device for drilling holes and gas extraction has been developed in this paper.The structure of cutter arm has been changed from traditional right-angle type to spiral-type.An internal power-driven device has been designed and a high and low pressure water switching device has been provided to control the opening and closing of pipelines,thus improving the coal seam reaming process.The designed spiral-type hydraulic mechanical reaming device has been applied in the 15211 working face of Pingshu Coal Mine,Yangshan Coal Group as a pilot.The results show that the spiral-type reaming arm has better cutting ability than the right-angle one.Stuck number of cutters in the reaming device is significantly reduced,the total length of reaming is increased by 10.59%,the hole-forming rate is increased by 12.5%,and the total construction period of reaming is shortened by 1 day,indicating that the structural design of spiral-type hydraulic mechanical reaming device is reasonable and advantageous,which provides aduidance for optimization and improvement of reaming equipment in underground coal mine.
