摘要
目前,纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2)-NPs)越来越多地应用于生产生活及生物材料制备,涉及领域极为广泛,包括食品包装、化妆品、药品及医学材料等。但纳米材料在发挥作用的同时也会正向或负向地影响周围环境,尤其可能造成TiO_(2)-NPs在环境中的蓄积以及在生物体内的富集,当TiO_(2)-NPs与重金属或农药等环境化学物同时使用时还有可能对生物体发生联合毒性效应。然而,TiO_(2)-NPs长期单独或联合使用均存在胚胎毒性、神经毒性、肝脏毒性等生物毒性,各类毒性不同程度地危害正常细胞或器官,最终影响人体健康。因此,未来需进一步探究TiO 2-NPs的安全使用剂量。
At present,titanium dioxide nano particles(TiO_(2)-NPs)are increasingly used in production and living and the preparation of biological materials,involving a very wide range of fields,including food packaging,cosmetics,drugs and medical materials.However,when nanomaterials play a role,they will also have positive or negative effects on the surrounding environment,especially the accumulation of TiO_(2)-NPs in the environment and the enrichment in organisms.When TiO_(2)-NPs is used together with environmental chemicals such as heavy metals or pesticides,there may be joint toxic effects on organisms.However,whether it is used in combination or alone,long-term use of TiO_(2)-NPs has biological toxicity such as embryonic toxicity,neurotoxicity and liver toxicity,which can harm normal cells or organs to different degrees and ultimately affect human health.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the safe dosage of TiO_(2)-NPs in the future.
