摘要
目的:探讨活血祛瘀法治疗冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2020年2月收治冻结肩患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组应用类固醇激素治疗,研究组应用活血祛瘀法配合物理和手法松解治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后肩关节功能评分高于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后肩关节前屈、内旋、外展及外旋角度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛瘀法配合物理和手法松解治疗冻结肩效果理想,可降低疼痛程度,提高主动肩关节活动度,对肩关节功能改善具有非常重要的作用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2020,74 patients with frozen shoulder were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with steroids.The study group was treated with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with physical and manual relaxation treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shoulder joint function score of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The angles of shoulder joint flexion,internal rotation,abduction and external rotation after treatment in the study group were larger than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with physical and manual relaxation has an ideal effect in the treatment of frozen shoulder,which can reduce the degree of pain and increase the active ROM,which has a very important effect on the improvement of shoulder joint function.
