3107跳采面切眼掘进及围岩支护技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 3107回风巷掘进过程中遇见F309断层,为避开断层,设计施工3107跳面。为保证跳面巷道支护方式合理有效,本文进行了巷道围岩应力数值模拟研究,模拟结果显示梯形巷道帮部应变比较大,靠近断层端的帮部比距离断层远的帮部的应变大;巷道底板中部位置应变比较大。根据数值模拟研究结果制定了巷道围岩支护措施,对应变比较大的帮部加大支护力度。 F309 fault was encountered in 3107 return air roadway during excavation.In order to avoid the fault,3107 skip face was designed and constructed.In order to ensure the reasonable and effective support mode of jumping face roadway,the numerical simulation of surrounding rock stress of roadway is carried out in this paper.The simulation results show that the strain of trapezoidal roadway side is relatively large,and the strain of the side near the fault end is larger than that of the side far away from the fault;The strain in the middle of the roadway floor is relatively large.According to the results of numerical simulation,the supporting measures of roadway surrounding rock are formulated,and the supporting strength is increased for the side with large deformation.
