摘要
目的调查了解浙江省嘉善县群众家庭过期药品回收情况,为家庭过期药品回收工作提供研究基础。方法自编自填式调查问卷,采用不定点随机抽样调查法于2019年7月14日开始对嘉善县群众进行为期一周的有关过期药品处理方式、危害、回收点等相关情况的不记名调查。结果线上线下共收到有效问卷210份,54%被调查者是初中及以下学历,74.3%被调查者选择将过期药品直接扔掉,18.5%被调查者知道过期药品的危害,20.5%被调查者知道过期药品回收点。结论受调查地区过期药品回收点设立不全,过期药品危害及其正确处理方法宣传不到位,群众的安全用药意识不强。
Objective To investigate and understand the current state of overdue drug recycling in Chinese households,and contribute to the recovery of expired drugs in the family.Methods Questionnaires were self-compiled.By using random random sampling survey method,we conducted a week-long anonymous survey on the handling methods,hazards,and recovery points of expired drugs among the people in Jiashan County on July 14,2019.Results A total of 210 valid questionnaires were received,54% of the respondents were junior high school and below,74.3% of the respondents chose to throw away expired drugs directly,18.5% of the respondents knew the hazards of expired drugs,and 20.5% investigators were aware of expired drug collection points.Conclusion In the investigation area,the collection points for expired drugs are incompletely established,the hazards of expired drugs and their correct handling methods are not well publicized,and the people’s awareness of safe medication is not strong.
