摘要
某水电站转子磁极现场装配时,出现了较多的绝缘电阻偏低的磁极,在耐压试验时甚至发生击穿。通过检查分析与磁极设计缺陷及施工工艺有关。建议采用涤纶毛毡包裹特定形状环氧块的方式填塞间隙,仅需要少量的环氧胶,可避免环氧胶堆积不固化造成绝缘电阻偏低。若将“L”型粘贴的聚酰亚胺薄膜粘带加宽,使其全部覆盖磁极靴部,即使环氧胶扩散到磁极靴部也不会与磁极铁芯接触,可有效提高绝缘效果。
During the field assembly of the magnetic poles of hydro-turbine generator rotor in a hydropower station,a lot of poles are found to be of low insulation resistance,which even break down in the withstand voltage test.Inspection and analysis show that the problem is related to the design defect and the assembly process of the poles.To avoid the low insulation resistance caused by the cumulated uncured epoxy glue,it is suggested to fill the clearance with epoxy blocks in specific shapes wrapped with polyester felt with a small amount of epoxy glue.Also,the L-shape polyimide film cohesive tape can be widened to fully cover the pole saddle,which can prevent the contact of the epoxy glue and the pole core even if the glue diffuses to the pole saddle,and effectively improve the insulation performance.
