摘要
结合国内外最新研究进展,综述抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)水平传播的分子元件、海洋环境中水平基因转移的分子机制和海洋环境中ARGs的种类、传播分布,并为今后的研究重点和方向提出建议和展望,以期为海洋环境中ARGs的传播扩散研究及污染防治提供理论依据。
Based on the latest international research,the molecular elements of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),the molecular mechanism of horizontal gene transfer in marine environment and the types and distribution of ARGs in marine environment were reviewed.Meanwhile suggestions and prospects for the future research focus and direction were put forward to provide theoretical basis for the research on the spread and diffusion of ARGs in marine environment and pollution prevention and control.
