摘要
目的探讨温经通络法治疗寒凝络瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月在辽宁省丹东市中医院内分泌科的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,中医辨证分型为寒凝络瘀型,随机分为试验组和对照组。对2组患者均采用西医基础性治疗,对照组40例患者在此基础治疗上给予口服甲钴胺进行治疗;试验组40例患者在此基础上加用温经通络法治疗,比较2组糖尿病周围神经病变者治疗后多伦多临床神经病变评分量表(Toronto clinical scoring system,TCSS)中的症状评分、感觉评分以及反射评分,并比较患者治疗后临床有效率指标。结果试验组治疗后TCSS中的症状评分、感觉评分以及反射评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床总有效率82.5%(33/40)高于对照组67.5%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取温经通络法治疗寒凝络瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,可以有效改善患者神经情况并提高患者临床有效率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the method of warming meridians and unblocking collaterals in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of cold coagulating collaterals and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology of Dandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment,and 40 patients in the control group were given oral mecobalamin in addition to the basic treatment.On the basis of this,40 patients in the experimental group were treated with warming meridian and dreading collaterals,and Toronto clinical scoring of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)was compared between the two groups,and the clinical response rate of patients after treatment compared.Results Symptom score,sensation score and reflex score in TCSS of experimental group were lower than those of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 82.5%(33/40)higher than that of the control group(67.5%(27/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the method of warming meridians and dredging collaterals has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of cold congealing collaterals and blood stasis type,which can effectively improve the neurological condition of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve the clinical efficiency of patients,and it is worth popularizing.
