摘要
目的:探讨中西医联合治疗脑梗死并失眠在改善神经功能及睡眠质量方面的效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月广州市第一人民医院神经内科收治的脑梗死并失眠患者66例作为研究对象,按照双盲法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用艾司唑仑治疗,观察组采用艾司唑仑联合针灸治疗,比较2组患者相关评分。结果:观察组治疗效果及相关评分明显优于对照组。结论:艾司唑仑联合针灸治疗脑梗死并失眠,能够有效改善患者神经功能及睡眠质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on cerebral infarction and insomnia in improving neurological function and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 66 patients with cerebral infarction and insomnia admitted to the Department of Neurology of Guangzhou first people′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam,and the observation group was treated with estazolam combined with acupuncture.Results:The therapeutic effect and related scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Estezolam combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction and insomnia can effectively improve the neurological function and sleep quality of patients.
