摘要
人力资源管理中的培训模块是增强员工专业性、积极性的有效途径,通过企业内部开展全面完善的培训,可以进一步打造国有企业的综合实力与竞争力。然而,现实中却由于培训意识不足、认识不到位,导致培训工作在执行与效果上都不尽如人意,极大地影响了人力资源培训职能的发挥。本文通过分析新形势下国有企业人力资源培训的必要性与现状,结合现实给出了若干完善建议,以期能够更新人力资源培训理念与模式,更好地辅助企业在市场经济环境下快速发展,创造出丰富的社会效益与经济效益。
The training module in human resource management is an effective way to enhance the professionalism and enthusiasm of employees.Through comprehensive and perfect training within the enterprise,we can further build the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.However,in reality,due to the lack of training awareness and understanding,the implementation and effect of training are not satisfactory,which greatly affects the exertion of human resources training function.By analyzing the necessity and current situation of human resources training in state-owned enterprises under the new situation,this paper gives some improvement suggestions combined with the reality,in order to update the concept and mode of human resources training,better assist the rapid development of enterprises in the market economy environment,and create rich social and economic benefi ts.
