摘要
针对摇篮式五轴加工中心A轴回转半径测量精度低、步骤繁琐的难题,提出一种基于激光跟踪仪的非接触式回转半径测量方法,进行了测量试验。首先,使用激光跟踪仪在工作台平面上任意取点测量,并拟合平面方程;然后,在工作台平面取任意一点,并转动A轴取点,拟合回转圆得到圆心,重复得到第二个圆心,利用圆心坐标计算回转轴直线方程;最后,利用回转轴直线到工作台平面距离,计算回转半径。另外,给出了基于奇异值分解和最小二乘的拟合方法,用于提高拟合精度。利用激光跟踪仪和五轴加工中心进行了测量试验,工作台平面、两个回转圆拟合均方根误差分别为0.003601、0.014095、0.016791,回转半径设计尺寸为50 mm,测量结果为49.994 mm。试验结果表明,该测量方法针对摇篮式五轴加工中心回转半径测量精度较高、测量方法简单。
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and complicated steps of measuring the A-axis turning radius of the cradle-type five-axis machining center,a non-contact measuring method of turning radius based on a laser tracker was proposed and the measurement test was carried out.First,use a laser tracker to measure at any point on the table surface and fit the plane equation.Then,take an arbitrary point on the table surface,and turn the A axis to take a point,fit the circle of rotation to obtain the center of the circle,and repeatedly obtain the center of the second circle.Finally,calculate the radius of gyration using the distance from the straight line of the rotary axis to the plane of the table.Besides,a fitting method based on singular value decomposition and least squares is given to improve fitting accuracy.Using laser tracker and five-axis machining center,the measurement test was carried out.The RMS error of the table plane and the fitting of the two rotation circles were 0.003601、0.014095、0.016791,and the design radius of the rotation radius was 50 mm.The measurement result was 49.994 mm.The test results show that the measurement method has high measurement accuracy and simple measurement method for the cradle-type five-axis machining center.
