摘要
目的:探讨漱口水联合咀嚼口香糖在促进腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者胃肠道功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:将2019年11月1日~2020年10月31日胃肠外科收治的94例成功施行全腹腔镜根治性远端胃大部切除术的胃癌患者随机分为常规组和实验组各47例。常规组采用术后常规治疗护理措施,实验组在常规组护理基础上采用漱口水联合咀嚼口香糖护理措施。比较两组护理效果。结果:实验组患者肠蠕动恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次试饮水时间均早于常规组,且术后平均住院时间短于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期采用漱口水联合咀嚼口香糖护理措施,有利于患者术后早期胃肠道功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the mouthwash combined with chewing gum in promoting gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with gastric cancer who underwent successful most of total laparoscopic radical distal gastric resection during November 1,2019 to October 31,2020 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine postoperative care measures,the experimental group on the above basis was given nursing using mouthwash combined with chewing gum care,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The intestinal peristalsis recovery time,anus initial exhaust time,first try for the first time water drinking were earlier in the experimental group than those in the conventional group,and the average length of postoperative hospital stay was shorter in the experimental group than that in the conventional group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The early use of mouthwash combined with chewing gum nursing measures after laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surgery is beneficial to early gastrointestinal functional recovery in postoperative patients.
