摘要 对于非稳态振动信号,使用FFT分析会产生谱模糊现象;为了消除谱模糊,最常用的方法是计算阶次跟踪,目前计算主要采用商业软件进行;文章根据阶次分析流程,计算转速剖面,采用拉格朗日7点插值算法;计算重采样时刻,采用给定角加速度阈值进行分段插值方法;角域重采样,采用滑动低通滤波插值方法;基于LabVIEW设计了阶次分析软件系统;通过仿真分析表明,设计的基于LabVIEW的阶次分析系统可以有效的解决谱模糊现象。 For the unsteady vibration signal,spectrum ambiguity will be produced by FFT analysis.In order to eliminate spectral ambiguity,the most commonly used method is to calculate order tracking,which is mainly carried out by commercial software.In this paper,according to the order analysis process,the speed profile is calculated,and the Lagrange 7-point interpolation algorithm is used;the resampling time is calculated by using the given angular acceleration threshold segmentation interpolation method;the angular domain resampling adopts the sliding low-pass filter interpolation method.The order analysis software system is designed based on LabVIEW.Through the analysis of simulation signal,the order analysis system based on LabVIEW can effectively solve the spectrum ambiguity phenomenon.
