爱尔兰特拉利理工学院护理进修见闻 被引量：1

摘要 笔者于2019年2月27日至5月24日在国际应急管理学会医学委员会的组织协调下,与来自全国多家医院的护理骨干一起在爱尔兰特拉利理工学院(Institute of Technology Tralee)完成了为期3个月的进修学习。通过理论授课、临床观摩、病例讨论、伦理论坛、专家讲座等形式的学习与交流,深入了解了爱尔兰的医疗体制、护士职业发展、护理教育、护理管理等,现将进修见闻报道如下。
