摘要
本文针对某兆瓦级风力发电机机舱罩,提出了一种新的强度分析方法,考虑与机舱罩相关联机架结构的基座反力,建立机舱罩全仿真模型,基于GL2010规范,使用ANSYS软件进行计算。之后与传统的计算方法进行对比,发现传统方法的结果与机舱罩全仿真模型的结果有较大差距,拉应变最大差距26.92%,压应最大差距22.89%。新方法能够较全面反映机舱罩真实受力情况,可靠性高。
Aiming at the nacelle cover of MW wind turbine,a new strength analysis method was proposed.Considering the modulus of subgrade reaction,Full simulation model of nacelle cover was established.The FE model was analyzed with ANSYS according to GL2010 standard.Then comparing with the traditional calculation method.It is found that there is a big differences between the result of the traditional method and the result of the full simulation model.The maximum difference in tensile strain is 26.92%,and the maximum difference in compression strain is 22.89%.The new method can more comprehensively reflect the real situation and has high reliability.
