摘要
针对产品生产和销售过程中传统的“一物一码”管理方式存在的问题,设计基于SAP的结合企业自身产品特点和企业信息化系统特点的选型定制系统,满足大量选型和配置的需求。与传统方式相比,该系统投用后合同平均报价评审时间从36h缩短到4h、定制产品平均生产工期缩短12h,生产效率提升了8%。
Considering traditional one-item one-code management method’s troubles in the sales and the production of products,a SAP-based selection and customized system which having user’s product characteristics and its information system’s features combined was designed as demanded.Compared with the traditional method,the contract quotation and review speed averaged can be reduced from 36hours to 4hours after the application of this method,and the average production period of customized products shortened by 12hours and production efficiency increased by 8%.
